Artist Info: Anna Kolosova is a London-based contemporary artist working in an expanded field of painting. Her abstract, mixed-media works combine energetic mark-making with fragments of text, found imagery, and occasional objects—balancing an urban visual language with classical compositional ideas such as the Golden Ratio. Kolosova experiences synaesthesia, and her practice often translates sound, smell, numbers, and language into colour, rhythm, and form. This sensibility extends into her live “Synesthetic Action Painting” performances, where she responds in real time to music or scent, making private sensory crossovers visible for an audience. Anna holds an MA in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins and has exhibited internationally across the UK, Europe, and the US. Alongside her studio practice, she curates projects and collaborates across disciplines.
